SAIL, the largest steel producer of India has offer job opportunities to all the educated candidates of India through its latest recruitment Notification regarding the 640 vacancies of Management Trainees(Technical and Administrative) and the only way to apply for these vacancies is through the online mode and for this online Applications are also invited from the eligible ones before the last date overs.So those who meet the below mentioned eligibility criteria must be applied online before 3rd April 2013. The other details are as under

Age Limit- The Required Max age is 30 years as on 01-03-2013.
Educational Qualification- The candidate must possess the Engineering degree in the relevant discipline with 65 % marks and 55 % marks for SC/ST/PWD and departmental candidates.
But for computer science or IT discipline- MCA degree with 65% marks.
2) Management Trainee(Administrative)- 82 vacancies

a) HR- 38 vacancies
b) Finance- 21 vacancies
c) Material- 18 vacancies
d) Marketing- 5 vacancies
Educational Qualification:-
a) HR/Marketing and Materials
Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with 60% marks (average of all subjects) with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in Human Resources/Personnel Mgmt. &Industrial Relations/Personnel Mgmt./Masters in Human Resources & Organizational Development for HR discipline, Marketing for Marketing discipline and Production/Operations/Materials/ Logistics & Supply Chain Mgmt. for Materials discipline.
b) For Finance- CA/ICWA
Required Age- Max 30 years as on 1-03-2013.
Fee to be Paid- The candidate must paid the sum of Rs 100 for SC/ST/PWD category candidates and Rs 500 for all others categories as an application fee.
