IOB Online Application form for 1500 Clerk vacancies 2012
Indian Overseas bank(IOB) a nationalized public sector bank in India based in Chennai and with a wide network of more than 2500 branches in India.The Bank has been previously notified for the Recruitment of PO and specialist officer for its various branches in India and now the Bank wants to recruit the clerks and for that the Bank has released the Notification for the recruitment of 1500 Clerks through the IBPS Clerk Exam 2011.So those who qualify the Exam with flying colors must be eligible for these Clerk vacancies and they have the chance to be a part of this prestigious financial institute in India.The details regarding the vacancies is like that
Last Date: 14th July 2012.
Total Posts: 1500 vacancies
Pay scale: Rs 7200 - 19300 plus DA, HRA etc will be paid as per the Bank rules.
Educational Qualification: The Candidate must Qualify its HSC(10+2) Exam with 65% Marks OR Diploma in banking with 60% Marks OR Graduation with 50% Marks in any discipline form a recognized university.
Age Limit: The Candidate age must be between 18 to 28 years as on 01-08-2011.

Total Weighted Standard Score(TWSS):
a) For General category: Min 120 Marks OR 24 & above Marks in Each Subject
b) For (SC/ST/OBC/PC/EXSM): Min 105 Marks OR 21 & above Marks in Each Subject.
How to Apply: Before Apply the Candidate must paid the Application Fee of Rs 100 for Unreserved category and Rs 20 for Reserved category to the nearest IOB Bank Branch through the Payment Receipt/Challan form which u can download for the IOB website and after that Log on to the bank website www.iob.in and Submit u Application form there.
